It's not the worst news yet....
It was one of the other RE's doing the HSG's today. So I didn't get to see my own RE.
I went in reasonably confident. It's my third I'm an old pro.
Doesn't seem like anything can ever go right for me.
So he begins, clamps the cervix try's to do the dye, clamp slips. Try again clamp slips yet again. DR says your cervix is very friable I will have to try again. Again clamp slips. My uterus is full of dye yet no spillage....no visual of ovaries even.
I asked pretty mater of fact is this why I lost my baby my cervix is THIS friable? He said not necessarily.
DR says ok we need to take a bigger bite of your cervix and we are going to put one of these swab things (like the brush on a stick they use for a pap swab) in your uterus and try one more time.
Still can't visualize ovaries....maybe they can see the left. Dye is being absorbed into my uterus and going up my uterine arteries.
What does this mean DR? Are my tubes blocked?
Can't say for sure as they can't be visualized What's the next step DR? Well you'll have to hash that out with DR M....but maybe a lap.
F**** I am so freaking mad.
Oh yeah because of the extra effort trying to get the HSG done today he said I'll probably bleed for what seems like another whole AF....
