Just a little annoyed

I mentioned in my last post that the fertility clinic nurse called on Saturday to get my HCG draws organized.  She said she would fax my requisition to the lab so that I could have my blood drawn today.  So I called the lab this morning.  They said yes they got it but that it wasn't completed properly and that it was a good thing I called.

So I called the fertility clinic no one picks up, I called again same thing.  I don't know how many times I called.  I finally left a message on the nurses line.  But who knows when that message will get picked up and returned.  So I keep trying reception.  I finally get through to the older crabby receptionist.   Explain the problem.  She immediately says oh we are having trouble today with labs not getting our faxes.  I said NO the lab got it, it's just not completed.  "Oh ok."

Blah.....please this is the last thing I need to be getting the run around.

Ok well I just heard from the nurse (a new one - knows squat -why do you need to cancel your NT?) she says she has re-faxed the requisition and yes the first one was blank!!

Seriously they need to get a  COMPETENT office manager in that place.  Get things organized or they are going to have a lot of angry patients who don't have much choice but to use that clinic.

OK rant over.  Best call the lab again.
